STEP ONE

Breathe.  This is going to be a fun journey.  There is no pressure and no judgement. Congratulations on making the decision to a better life.  

STEP TWO

Set up a time to attend a ONE HOUR Intro to Movement class with one of our trainers before you attend your first class.

INTRO TO MOVEMENT

Before you jump right into the group classes, we want to get to know you a little better. We will use this time to go over your Enrollment Form, and discuss your health history and future goals.  After this, we will tour the gym, meet any other trainers or members that are at THE GYM and start teaching your some basic movement patterns: Hinge, Squat, Swing, Clean, Press and the TGU. Upon completion of this FREE Intro class, we will collect payment and sign you up for your first group class!
