FLEXIBLE STEEL

NCSF PERSONAL TRAINER

Guinness World Record Holder in Most Weight Lifted by TGU

“I LOVE kettlebells and helping people feel their best! I spend my mornings instructing at THE GYM and my days as a Massage Therapist.

My fitness journey started back in high school, where I ran hurdles in track. In college I became a cardio queen and hit the elliptical hard. I started racing 5ks… then half marathons… and then logically, marathons. After my fifth full, I decided that running wasn’t the best for my body and found kettlebells. Fast forward 10 years and I am currently StrongFirst Elite, an IRON MAIDEN (eek! was my goal for 3 years! Don’t know what this means - ask me about it), completed Strongfirst’s SINISTER challenge, 5x TSC Elite Division winner, and owner of THE GYM WB. In 2022 I added Guinness World Record Holder to the list. Apparently I am really, really good at Turkish Get Ups.

I am super excited to share my love for kettlebells and fitness with you!!”

Hannah Mertens

NASM PERSONAL TRAINER
STRETCH THERAPY

“I came to THE GYM WB first as a member and it didn’t take long to fall in love with all things kettlebells. After years of sticking to conventional training, kettlebells brought back the fun and gave me a fresh, exciting challenge. Between Jackie and the incredible member community, the energy is unmatched. It’s hands down the best atmosphere to build a stronger, healthier, and happier version of yourself. That exact experience is what inspired me to jump on board as a coach!

I hold a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from UW-Stevens Point and am NASM certified, with over 7 years of personal training experience. While a huge portion of my coaching background is rooted in training youth athletes on the turf and in the weight room, I have a new found passion for kettlebell training.

Ultimately, my goal as a coach is to help you feel the same shift I felt when I first walked through the GYM doors. Whether you’re trying to break through a plateau, learn something new, or just find joy in moving your body again, I’m so grateful to help the journey!”

Tracy Mueller

COACH

“Hi, I'm Tracy! I'm 51 years old, a proud mom of four boys, and have been married to my husband for 26 wonderful years.

Helping people has always been one of the greatest joys in my life. I work as the health room professional at East/West High School, where I have the opportunity to support and care for students every day. For the past 10 years, I've also coached 7th and 8th grade cross country and track and field.

Coaching has taught me that success looks different for everyone. Whether it's helping an athlete shave seconds off their race time or encouraging someone to simply try something new, I love watching people grow through hard work and determination. Seeing others achieve goals they once thought were out of reach is what motivates me the most.

About three and a half years ago, I joined the GYM and discovered kettlebell training. I immediately fell in love with the challenge, the technique, and the strength I built—both physically and mentally. Learning the "strength behind the bells" has been an incredibly rewarding journey, and it continues to inspire me every day.

Now I'm excited to share that passion with all of you. My goal is to help you build strength, gain confidence, improve your overall health, and discover what you're truly capable of. No matter where you're starting, I'm here to encourage, challenge, and support you every step of the way.”
