“I LOVE kettlebells, coffee and cows! I spend my mornings instructing at THE GYM and my days working on my family’s dairy farm. My fitness journey started back in high school, where I ran hurdles in track. In college I became a cardio queen and hit the elliptical hard. I started racing 5ks… then half marathons… and then logically, marathons. After my fifth full, I decided that running wasn’t the best for my body and found kettlebells. Fast forward 5 years and I am currently SFG1 certified, an IRON MAIDEN (eek! was my goal for 3 years! Don’t know what this means - ask me about it), completed Strongfirst’s SINISTER challenge, TSC Elite Division winner, and co-owner of THE GYM WB. I am super excited to share my love for kettlebells and fitness with you!!”

“I love kettlebells, soccer, cows and Jackie. I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. In 2012, I suffered a knee injury and was forced to quit playing. In 2015, Jackie introduced me to kettlebell training. I started getting back into shape and felt much stronger. I decided to try playing soccer again. Now I am down over 50 pounds and finally have that six pack! I am in the best shape of my life and play soccer 3-4 times a week. In April of 2018 I became SFG1 certified by Strongfirst. I was the winner of the TSC novice division in 2017 and am currently training to become a BEAST TAMER. I can help you achieve your weight loss goals, just like I did.”

“Fitness has been a passion of mine since I was young. I was always one of the smaller kids in school, and I dreamed of being big and strong. So, I started chasing that dream. The path I followed in that chase (and through life in general) has been filled with ups, downs, and interesting twists. My family built a gym in the late 1990s, when I was in high school. I started working there every day, scrubbing toilets and studying for my first personal training certificate. The more I learned and grew up as a person, the more I realized that a big part of MY dream involved helping other people achieve THEIR dreams. I’ve met some great people along the way that share similar dreams and have the same passion.”
